City Tax: € 1,50 per person night for age 15 and over. Payment directly in the hotel.

With the payment of the deposit, the general terms and conditions, and in particular, the terms of cancellation are considered to be understood and legally wholly accepted.

The reservation is final only after it has been confirmed from the hotel.

For all final reservations the hotel require a down payment of 35 % of the total amount of the stay.
You can use a bank transfer, or a Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard ).

With short time confirmation the hotel require a credit card to guarantee the reservation, or the full payment in advance.

CANCELLATIONS WITHOUT CANCELLATION FEE up to 14 days before arrival. The deposit will be refunded minus 35 Euro of processing fee per room.

For cancellations between 13 and 7 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 60% of the price of the stay.

For cancellations between 6 days before arrival to the day of arrival (no show), the cancellation fee is 100% of the price of the stay.

CANCELLATIONS WITHOUT CANCELLATION FEE up to 28 days before arrival. The deposit will be refunded minus 40 Euro of processing fee per room.

For cancellations between 27 and 21 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

For cancellations between 20 and 7 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 60% of the price of the stay.

For cancellations between 6 days before arrival to the day of arrival (no show), the cancellation fee is 100% of the price of the stay.

In case of an early departure, or a late arrival will be required the complete payment of the amount of the stay.

In case of no-show, the hotel will charge the entire period of the reservation.
